Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AdvisorOS (the “Service”), available at execaiadvisory.com. The Service is provided by Mavicente Technology(“Mavicente Technology”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you are agreeing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.
1. The Service
AdvisorOS is an AI-powered strategic decision platform. It runs a structured discovery workshop, generates analyses from simulated executive advisor roles, records a board vote, and produces a board resolution, action plan, KPIs and forward scenarios. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.
2. Not professional advice
AdvisorOS outputs are generated by AI models and are provided for general and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to enter into any transaction. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for any decision you take. Do not rely on the Service for regulated professional purposes without qualified human oversight.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, bypassing technical limits, or scraping;
- submit or attempt to generate illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people, malware, or content designed to deceive; or
- attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, for having the rights to any content you submit, and for how you use outputs. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts to enforce these rules. Rights holders may raise a takedown request at support@execaiadvisory.com; repeated or serious infringement leads to termination.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
5. Intellectual property and your content
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, prompts, and branding. You retain ownership of the business information you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide and support the Service.
6. Payment, subscriptions and taxes
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Payment, billing, invoicing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are described in our refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
7. Service levels
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may interrupt access.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify Mavicente Technology against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
11. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Mavicente Technology’s place of business, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.
