Privacy Notice
Last updated 10 September 2026
Mavicente Technology operates AdvisorOS (execaiadvisory.com) and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. Contact us at support@execaiadvisory.com.
1. Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email address, phone number if you use SMS sign-in, login credentials, authentication identifiers from Google or Apple) — to create and secure your account and sign you in. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Business and briefing content (business profile, website, industry, strategic questions, workshop answers, generated board reports) — to provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of contract.
- Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interests.
- Usage and technical data (meeting counts, feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, log data) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Subscription records (plan, status, billing period, provider customer and subscription identifiers) — to grant the correct plan entitlements. Legal basis: performance of contract and legal obligation. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us.
- Marketing preferences — to send product updates where you have asked for them. Legal basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
2. AI processing
Briefing and workshop content is sent to our AI model providers to generate advisor analyses and board reports. We instruct providers to process this content only to return results to us. Do not submit personal data you do not need to include, and do not submit special category data.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI model providers, email delivery, error monitoring and analytics.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, invoicing and tax compliance.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep account, business and meeting data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Logs are kept for a shorter period. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email support@execaiadvisory.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls scoped to your account, and least-privilege administrative access.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to secure the Service; these cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in. We use limited analytics storage to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, which may sign you out.
9. Changes
We may update this notice and will post the revised version on this page with a new date.
